HSK ERMS Collet Chuck

HSK ERMS High speed small diameter collet chuck is mainly for Micro Machining. The small diameter design of the nut is suit for high speed machining and prevents interference. HSK ERMS chuck has more stable characteristics can be gotten in high speed cutting process, improved service life. The HSK ERMS tool holders are more suitable for higher speed and higher precision cutting.

1. Material: 20CrMnTi or JIS-SCM415

2. Hardness: 56-60HRC;

3 Taper precision ≤AT3 and part of the standard size are tested by Diebold standard inspection tools which made in Germany;

4 Run out of the inside shank cone: ≤0.002mm；Coaxiality with collet : ≤ 0.005mm；

5 Dynamic balance： G2.5 30000rpm;

6. Suitable for micro machining, high speed cutting.
